Dear Practitioners, Insurance Carriers, & Individuals:

We have been informed of facilities that are not licensed to use the Arizona AFO™ that are referring to their product using our trademark. More specifically, telling patients, doctors, and insurance companies that they make the Arizona AFO™. This is resulting in the kind of customer confusion about source of goods that the trademark and patent laws are designed to prevent. We are asking you to please notify us of any such misuse.

We are aware there are similar braces that are being made but they cannot be referred to as the Arizona AFO™, and cannot be made using our design. Since the issuance of our patent, December 5, 2000, we have been in communication with one central fab that we believe is definitely infringing.

We have invested much time and money in developing our techniques and are continuing the effort to let more doctors know the benefits of the Arizona AFO™. If there is anything we can do to help you, or if you have any suggestions, don't hesitate to let us know.
